Export flashcards and data from Scholarcy
With Scholarcy, you can export flashcards and easily create fully formatted bibliographies. You can export multiple flashcards at once, or specific sections of flashcards. Scholarcy makes it easy to export your flashcards and data into other research applications, too.

Export flashcards

Export sections of flashcards
[.number-box-cms]1[.number-box-cms][.text-col-1]To export specific sections of a flashcard, navigate to the settings screen, then select the export tab. Customise the export options, and navigate back to your flashcard to export. Quick note: Your changes will save automatically![.text-col-1]
Export multiple flashcards at once
[.number-box-cms]1[.number-box-cms][.text-col-1]Navigate to a Library or Folder, Select the documents you want to export by clicking the checkbox to the left of the article title, alternatively click select all. Click Export in the lower right corner, then select a file format from the bar at the bottom of your screen.[.text-col-1]
💡 When exporting multiple flashcards, a zip file will be downloaded. This contains each individual flashcard, as well as a combined flashcard named ‘annotated-bibliography’.
Export tables
[.number-box-cms]1[.number-box-cms][.text-col-1]You can export multiple tables to a single Excel spreadsheet to see workings, calculations and tabular data more clearly. In the Tables section of your structured summary, click the ‘Download tables as Excel’ link to export.[.text-col-1]

Export figures

Generate a reference list or bibliography
[.number-box-cms]1[.number-box-cms][.text-col-1]Export the reference list from a flashcard by clicking Export, then selecting references from the drop down list. A zip file containing the .bib and .ris files will be downloaded. You can import either of these files directly into your favourite reference manager, such as Zotero or Endnote.[.text-col-1]
[.number-box-cms]2[.number-box-cms][.text-col-1]To generate a bibliography from multiple Flashcards, navigate to a Library or Folder and use the checkboxes to select the articles you want to export. Click Export button at the top of the screen, then select the References option. A zip file will download containing the .bib and .zip files which can be imported to a reference manager to generate the bibliographies from the exported articles.[.text-col-1]
